Ingredients

For the Salad

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet relish, lemon juice, honey, chopped celery, red onion, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated and all the ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning, sweetness, or heat level as desired.
  3. Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel. Slice each pickle lengthwise, removing a thin strip from the top to create a boat shape. If needed, gently scoop out a small amount from the center to create more room for filling.
  4. Using a spoon, fill each pickle boat with the prepared chicken salad. Press the filling down gently so it stays in place and fills the entire pickle evenly.
  5. Drizzle additional hot sauce over the top for extra heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for even better flavor.

Note

• Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker version.
• Pat the pickles dry before filling to prevent excess moisture.
• Finely dice the celery and onion for the best texture and easier filling.
• Chill the chicken salad for 30 minutes before serving for deeper flavor. M
