Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mango chunks, lime juice, monk fruit sweetener, and water to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a small amount of additional water, one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Once smooth, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and spread it into an even layer.
  4. Cover tightly and freeze for 5–6 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. When ready to serve, allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping.
  6. Scoop into bowls or serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Note

• Use frozen mango chunks for the creamiest texture and easiest blending.
• Adjust the sweetener based on the sweetness of your mangoes and personal preference.
• Freshly squeezed lime juice provides the brightest flavor.
• If the mixture becomes too soft while blending, freeze it longer before serving.
• Let the sorbet sit for a few minutes before scooping for a smoother texture.
• Store in an airtight container to help prevent ice crystals from forming.
